Ingredients
Silverbeet leaves and stems, chopped
4 potatoes
A head of garlic or 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
Method
1. Boil the potatoes and silverbeet stems until softening then add the leaves and leave for five minutes.
2. Sieve the potatoes and silverbeet, add butter and milk and begin to mash. Add the garlic and mash some more and add salt to taste. Delicious
