Cup of flaked almonds
20 g butter
400g snow peas
2tspns lemon juice
Preheat grill on medium. Spread almonds over a baking tray. Cook under grill for 2-3 minutes or until light golden.
Stir the honey, butter and lemon juice in a large saucepan over medium heat until the butter melts and the mixture is smooth. Add snow peas and toss to coat. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the snow peas are bright green and tender crisp.
Add almonds to the snow pea mixture. Toss to combine.
