Do You Have a Sweet Tooth?

Fudge by Alison can be found at The Orange Farmer’s Markets, The Agrestic Grocer, A Slice of Orange, and Beekeepers at Vittoria.

In September 2010 Alison started her business Fudge by Alison from home.   Whilst Alison considers this a hobby business, and it allows her to be a wife, mother to her young son and pursue a nursing career in Orange, she still manages to make 23 varieties of fudge, with milk, dark and white chocolate.

Alison uses local hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios, locally grown strawberries and other produce from local suppliers.

Alison said ‘She absolutely loves making the fudges, and that she has met some great people along the way, and of course, gets to sample some really yummy food.’

Fudge by Alison can be found at The Orange Farmer’s Markets, The Agrestic Grocer, A Slice of Orange, and Beekeepers at Vittoria.   Don’t forget that the Farmer’s Markets are on again this Saturday in Orange, so go along and sample some of Alison’s great fudges.
