Phillip Jackson, a 14-year-old from Moorbel, is currently attending Canowindra High School and was nominated by one of his teachers for this award.
Phillip has maintained over 95% attendance every year at school and is highly regarded by his peers in his year group.
His school reports consistently highlight his helpful and considerate nature in the classroom, reflecting his positive attitude and dedication to his studies.
Phillip actively participates in all school sporting events, including the Rural Cup, swimming, athletics, and cross-country carnivals. He has also completed the first year of his lifesaving qualification, which he is determined to finish this year.
Phillip played a leading role in fundraising for “The Push-Up Challenge,” volunteering his time and efforts enthusiastically. His outstanding contribution raised the highest amount of any student at the school, earning his year group a reward BBQ. Through this initiative, he also helped raise awareness of mental health within the school community.
Phillip is a caring, considerate, and quietly influential member of the school. He consistently participates in events, serves as a positive role model for his peers, and is always the first to volunteer and lend a hand to others. Congratulations Phillip!
