Congratulations to the Cowra Team of D. Dye, Marlene Nicholls and Sharon Bohanna on winning the 2019 District Triples, they defeated the Canowindra team of Betty Jenkins, Jenny Middleton and Dianne Mooney in the final played on Tuesday afternoon 4th June. Well done Canowindra girls on making the final.
Matches played on Tuesday, 11th June. Club Fours Championship 1st Round. Nancy Morrow, Deanna Noble, Colleen Crump and Jo Davies defeated Joyce Middleton, Liz Thornberry, Joice McNaught and Penny Nash 25-10.
Club Fours Championship 2nd Round. Jill Messenger, Betty Jenkins, Jenny Middleton and Dianne Mooney defeated Julie Wythes, Radka Tatterson, Sheryn O’Malveney and Gwen Haydon 23-12.
There were two social games played. Sandy McDonald and Libby Balcombe defeated Linda Miller, Daph Bryant and Christine Pickard 24-9. Sandy played lead and second. Shirley Robson and Diane Slattery defeated Marion Wilson and Jeanette Wheeldon 25-18.
The Lucky Draw was won by Marion Wilson with No. 14.
