Women’s Bowls

Two social games were played on Tuesday24 March. Kayleen Doyle, Sharon Wynnand Jeanette Wheeldon defeated JessGraves, Betty Jenkins and Sandy McDon­ald 17-12.

Liz Thornberry, Moyna Rue, Sue Slat­tery and Deanna Noble defeated PaulineCarpenter, Cierwen Jones and Libby Bal­combe 20-10.

One minor singles game was played inwhich Joyce Boland defeated Leanne Ste­venson 25-9.

The final of the Minor Singles is to beplayed next week, between Joyce Bolandand Pauline Carpenter.
