Women’s Bowls

The ladies bowlers were back bowling on Tuesday 21 January, even though we played shorter ends because of the heat, it was great to resume, and see all our friends again after a break of six weeks.

Two Social Games played: Nancy Mor­row, Liz Thornberry and Deanna Noble de­feated Jeanette Wheeldon, Joyce Boland and Gwen Haydon 15-9.

Jess Graves, Betty Jenkins and Jenny Middleton were defeated by Moyna Rue, Sandra McDonald, and Sherwin O’Malveney 9-16.

The monthly meeting was held after bowls.
