Three games of Consistency Bowls were played on Tuesday 29th October. Deanna Noble defeated Sandy McDonald 150-144.
Jeanette Wheeldon defeated Sharon Wynn 150-122. Christine Pickard conceded to Di Mooney.
Two social games were also played. Kris Cann, Karen Cox and Libby Balcombe defeated Daph Bryant, Annette Lynch and Jenny Middleton 15-12. Therese Miller, Moyna Rue and Joyce Boland defeated Sue Slattery, Cierwen Jones and Jill Messenger 26- 11.
Two Consistency Games are to be played on 12th November: Joyce Boland V Di Mooney and Deanna Noble V Karen Cox.
Next Tuesday is the Melbourne Cup, so women’s bowls will be cancelled on that day. Reminder, Women’s bowls will be 8.30am for start 9am for the summer.
Thanks to everyone who supported the breast cancer awareness fundraiser. Over $200 was raised going to the McGrath foundation.
