Our President Sheryn’s Topsy Turvey Pink Bowls Day was held on Tuesday 27th October with all the profits going to The Breast Cancer Foundation.
We had 14 teams compete in the event with teams coming from Cowra, CWD,
Forbes, Parkes, Parkes Railway Diggers, Manildra, Orange Newstead and Orange City, as well as 5 teams from Canowindra. The winners for the day were: “Lowest number of ends won” Joyce Middleton, Radka Tatterson, Ellen Petty & Sheryn O’Malveney,
The Runner-ups were: “with the lowest losing score” Libby Balcombe, Deanna Noble, Moyna Rue & Jill Messenger.
The best dressed team in pink was Sandra Priest’s team from Forbes.
