On Thursday, 30th September the Rose Bowl, 3rd Round was played. Maureen Baillie defeated Christine Pickard 25-23. Thanks to the marker Jill Messenger.
Two games of social triples were also played. Betty Jenkins, Betty Jenkins & Gwen Haydon defeated Bobbie Turner, Radka Tatterson & Moyna Rue. Betty played lead and second. Diane Slattery, Daph Bryant & Colleen Crump defeated Marion Wilson, Ellen Petty & Sandy McDonald 16-13.
The Lucky Draw was won by Maureen Baillie.
The September points score was won by Colleen Crump with 25 points.
Daph Bryant, Christine Pickard, Gwen Haydon and a Mudgee bowler played in the Mudgee Fours Carnival held on Tuesday & Wednesday 23rd/24th September. They won the first round game card, drew the second game and lost both games on Wednesday. They all enjoyed the two days. Sandy McDonald was to have been lead for Gwen’s team but unfortunately Sandy received a message that her mother was not very well, so could not play.
