The Semi Final of the Major Singles was played on Tuesday 4th June. Libby Balcombe defeated Sharon Wynn 25-10. Well done to both players.
Two social games were also played.
Joyce Boland and Joice McNaught defeated Jenny Middleton and Jenny Mc Clinock 22-10. Cierwen Jones, Moyna Rue and Jeanette Wheeldon defeated Daphne Bryant Gwen Haydon and Liz Thornberry 20-10.
Remember to mark 25th June on the calendar for the Friendship Day, which is an Open day for all ladies interested in learn ing to play bowls. Free morning tea and lunch will be provided.
