Women’s Bowls

Three social games of triples were played on Tuesday, 18 May. Liz Thornberry, Daph Bryant and Gwen Haydon defeated Penny Nash, Jill Messenger and Nancy Morrow 18-10. Joyce Middleton, Sandy McDonald and Dianne Mooney defeated Jenny Daly, Libby Balcombe and Christine Pickard 21 to eight. Jeanette Wheeldon, Jeanette Wheeldon and Leanne Stevenson defeated Marion Wilson, Linda Miller and Betty Jenkins 21-12. Jeanette played lead and second. The lucky draw was won by Daph Bryant.
