Winter Warmers

6 May, 2015 By Canowindra Phoenix Editor

Look out, winter is coming! The chilly mornings will soon turn frosty and the sun will be setting much earlier than many would like, but it doesn’t have to be the end of the world; here are some easy and cost-effective ways to warm your home this winter.
Block the draft: you’d be surprised how much cold gets in through the cracks and gaps between the floor and the door. Plug those drafts with cushions, towels or rugs.
Bake: take advantage of that oven and bake some warm treats. The oven will help warm the house, and the food will help warm the belly!
Trade your sheets: get rid of the cold cotton and trade them in for flannel. Your bed will be so cosy you’ll want to hibernate for the winter.
There’s no better time to think about warming up. Don’t freeze – sort out your heat solutions now to avoid numb fingers and toes this chilly season.
Cowra Factory Seconds are a clearance outlet specialising in whitegoods, furniture, mattresses and bedding at warehouse prices. The owners have been operating for over 10 years, building the business from the ground up.
