Whats On September…Next Generation Of Curves Has Arrived At Cowra

3 September, 2014 By editor

curves

Local women now have the chance to experience a superior Curves workout at Curves Cowra with the arrival of our next generation state-of-the art equipment. The circuit has been redesigned to improve form and resistance and achieve better results.
Curves is famous for its Fitness Program — a 30-minute Circuit with a Coach that works every major muscle group with strength-training, cardio and stretching. Our Body Basic circuit classes have added further variation to our members’ workouts with a focus on arms, legs and core.
We invite local women to come and try the new equipment and our classes for themselves on Saturday 6th September from 9am till 2pm. There will be a special offer to the first 20 people – $0 joining fee + 2 weeks free + free gift!*
We will be holding FREE Curves Circuit with Zumba at 10 & 10.30am, FREE Body Basic Circuits at 12 & 12.30pm and for the first time ever, we are also providing FREE Curves Circuit for MEN at 11 & 11.30am. This is a rare, once in a lifetime opportunity for men to come in and see what their ladies do at Curves and what it’s all about! Places are limited for these Circuit times, so give us a call and book in now!
“Everyone at Curves Cowra is looking forward to introducing community members to the new equipment at our Club and providing information on how Curves can help you achieve your health and wellness goals,” said a Curves Cowra staff member. Whether it is losing weight, increasing fitness and strength, or simply maintaining a healthy lifestyle – we can offer solutions to women of all ages and fitness levels.
“Curves is a great place to meet people who have similar goals. The circuit only takes 30 minutes, so it is over before you know it. We call our 6:30am class “the early birds”. We have a great time, with lots of laughing.” – said Amanda, Curves Cowra Member and one of several entrants from Curves Cowra, in the Curves Australia & New Zealand Curvette of The Year 2015 Competition. “The new machines are great”.
The Curves staff member said that the reason for Curves’ success is the practical approach to women’s diet and fitness that’s perfectly in keeping with the modern woman’s busy schedule — combined with a supportive club environment. We invite women of all shapes, sizes and ages to lose weight, become stronger and reach their health goals at Curves.

*Open Day Offer valid for one day only – 6th September 2014, for the first 20 people that sign up to Fitness Only or Curves Complete membership for a minimum term of 12months.
