The ladies from Canowindra Craft and Hobby Shop have a lovely range of homemade items for mum this Mother’s Day.
With Mother’s Day this Sunday, children across Canowindra have been busy preparing crafts and P&C’s gathering gifts for the annual Mother’s Day Stalls.
Local shops and businesses are reminding people to shop local, as many of our stores and local businesses have a variety of gift choices available. From clothing, giftware, plants, craft and hobby supplies, antiques and beauty products, we’re spoiled for choice here in Canowindra.
Local cafes and restaurants will be open to spoil mum for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Don’t forget you can treat mum to a massage, dance class, hair appointment or family photo session. Canowindra is truly lucky to have such a range of services in our town.
Our beautiful countryside comes alive in Autumn, take a drive to our nearby towns and villages and check out what’s on offer.
We also have a delicious recipe for Mother’s Day breakfast in this edition, with produce you can purchase from our grocers, producers, butchers and deli. You will also find a guide on other ways to spoil mum this Mothers Day.
We would also like to acknowledge people who find this day difficult, and to reach out to our mental health, community, and church services.
We would like to wish all our mums, nannas, aunties and special people a wonderful, relaxing Mothers Day.
