Cowra Regional Art Gallery invites you to a diverse showcase of artworks by talented young artists in stages 5 and 6 from nine high schools across the Central West.
The exhibition will be officially opened on on Saturday 23rd November at 2.30pm by Cr Paul Smith Mayor, Cowra Shire Council including the presentation of the upstART24 Awards.
Cowra Regional Art Gallery is proud to encourage and support the artistic skills and creativity of young and aspiring artists through our annual survey youth art exhibition upstART. This year’s exhibition has a diverse range of artworks on display including painting, drawing, photomedia, mixed media, ceramics and sculpture.
Schools participating this year are Blayney High School; Boorowa Central School; Canowindra High School; Cowra High School; Hennessy Catholic College, Young; The Henry Lawson High School, Grenfell; Holman Place School, Cowra; James Sheahan Catholic High School, Orange; St Raphael’s Catholic School, Cowra.
Admission is free and all are welcome.
Exhibition dates: 24 November to 8 December 2024.
