Tractor Trek Comes To Billmari To Support Little Wings

14 September, 2023 By Canowindra Phoenix Editor

The Central West Charity Tractor Trek Group is once again taking to the roads of the Central West on 22nd – 24th September. The 2023 Tractor Trek will be based in Cowra and will pass through Billmari, Woodstock, Wyangala and Wattamondara.

On Friday afternoon the Billmari Hall is the best place to get up close and personal to the tractors, which are absolutely worthy of seeing. Always bright, often outrageously themed, and all proudly displaying sponsors logos.

This year, the official Tractor Trek Function will be held on Saturday night at the Cowra Bowling Club, where there will be raffle prizes and auction items for the crowd to participate in.

All funds raised will go to the charity organisation, Little Wings, who in 2022 provided over 1,471 flights transporting more than 3,500 passengers. In Western NSW alone they performed over 400 flights to and from Western NSW, helping over 46 families from the region.

To purchase raffle tickets, drop into Central Motors in Canowindra. Or email the Canowindra Phoenix at editor@canowindraphoenix.com.au if you would like to purchase tickets for Saturday night’s dinner at the Cowra Bowling Club.
