It’s that time of the year again! The Canowindra Swimming Pool is now open for business. With the warmer weather approaching, it is the perfect place to cool down. Jarrod Strange is continuing his role at the Canowindra Swimming Pool for his 7th season. “I hope it will be my most successful season yet with new improvements this year,” says Jarrod.
Those improvements include a swimwear shop to supply you with all your basic swimming needs, a new and improved menu, a coffee machine and eftpos is now available. With the pool now open it’s time to spring into action with Swimming Club starting on October 21st, so start thinking about getting involved. Swimming lessons are also available throughout the season but will fill up fast so be sure to book them in soon. The pool grounds are looking great with the grass green and a new yellow rose garden next to Steph’s seat.
Jarrod assures that ‘there will be adequate shading this year to ensure everybody can keep out of the sun”. With the Canowindra Swimming Pool officially opening on Monday the Miller family were the first ones in the pool. Jack and Sophie Miller were bursting with excitement as they had a splash around.
