Gooloogong Public School performed above and beyond expectations at Homebush recently to record a 7th place in the Final of the Earl Magee Small Schools 4x50m relay. The relay comprises of school’s across NSW with an enrolment of 25 students or less.
The big surprise was their scintillating time they recorded in the mornings 2nd heat of the day with Gooloogong taking 11.8 seconds off their previous best time in Dubbo.
The earlier time of the morning could not be repeated in the final however they all performed admirably and finished a gallant 7th in the final.
