Check Your Vaccination Status: Australians are being urged to check their diphtheria vaccination status as cases rise nationwide. The largest proportion of new cases is in the 25-44 age range – typically where booster vaccines have been missed. Pharmacists are authorised to administer diphtheria‑containing vaccines, with age eligibility varying by state and territory. To find a pharmacy offering vaccination services, visit findapharmacy.com.au.
