Sheep Stolen: 25 Lambs and 25 Ewes have been stolen off a property on Toogong Road/Sussex Lane. Everyone is advised to take all precautions and be on the lookout for any strange vehicles travelling on these roads.

Canowindra Pythons: Still looking for players. A final decision will be made after the Drummoyne game whether the Club will form this year. If not it will still stay as a social club and raise money for the Junior Pythons and Pythonetties.
New goal posts: Cabonne Council will be replacing a number of goal posts including those on the North West side of the oval. Cabonne Mayor Ian Gosper said, “the work is being undertaken to ensure the safety of all sporting participants, particularly children”.

World’s Greatest Shave: Canowindra Pre School are helping to beat blood cancer by participating in the Leukemia Foundation World’s Greatest Shave. Children will be wearing funky hair do’s this week and you can donate or sponsor them by heading to the World Greatest Shave website.
