Raffle Winner: On Friday 10th May St Eddie’s P&F drew the winner of the Wood Raffle at their Mother’s Day Morning Tea. The lucky winner was Lyal Blair of Canowindra! The P&F raised over $1500 and is very grateful to everyone who bought a ticket to support the school!

In order to gauge interest for BASC, Canowindra Public School are running a survey. Without the interest they can’t proceed to the next step. Age of Fishes Museum Association’s Annual Dinner: Will be held on 5th June at the Canowindra Bowling Club at 5:30pm for 6:00pm. The dinner will provide an opportunity to celebrate achievements, and to discuss the ongoing work of the Association and current activities at the Museum. The cost of members will be $20 per head. If you wish to bring a family member or friend, the cost will be $35, to include a year’s free membership of the Association.

Become A Swim Coach: If you would like to be involved in Club Swimming, now is the time to complete the Swim Australia Foundation Coach Course. The course is being offered on Saturday, 20th July from 8.30am – 5pm at the Orange Aquatic Centre, Hill St Orange. Cuppa For A Cause: The Canowindra Branch of the CWA will be hosting an Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea event at Montrose House next Thursday 23rd May from 9:30am until 12 noon.
