Grandparents Day: Was held at the Canowindra Pre-School last Wednesday and Thursday. Grandparents were able to view the schools facilities as well as interact with their grandchildren while painting, reading and playing outside.

FAVOURITE SUMMER SALAD
Roie’s Roast Veggie Salad
Chop 4 potatoes, 1 sweet potato, 1 carrot and half a capsicum and season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Roast in the oven at
180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile grill 2 chicken breasts, a bunch of asparagus and some haloumi. Once chicken is cooked through, slice. Place a bed of baby spinach and rocket on each plate and top with roast veggies, chicken, asparagus and haloumi. Add some sliced cherry tomatoes and pine nuts and drizzle with a little balsamic glaze.
