Farewell Joy Harris: A farewell service for the closure of ministry for Rev Joy Harris and her husband Max will be held on Sunday, 18th December in All Saints Church at 10am. Following the services, a luncheon will be held in the new Canowindra Connections Centre at the Uniting Church in Blatchford Street, commencing at 12pm. All are welcome. Canowindra Community Health Centre Christmas Hours: Canowindra Community Health Centre will be open: Monday, 19th December to Friday, 23rd December with normal operating hours. The centre will be closed 26th, 27th, 30th December and 2nd January. The Community Nurse will be available at the Canowindra Hospital on Wednesday, 28th and Thursday 29th, December. The Community Nurse will be available at the Canowindra Community Health Service from Thursday, 3rd January to Friday 6th January. If you are in an emergency situation do not hesitate to call 000. Congratulations Dr Nick: At the Rural GPs Conference dinner held at Crowne Plaza Sydney, Coogee Beach on Saturday, 26th December, Dr Nicholas O’Ryan was awarded a much deserved Rural Medical Service Award for 35+ years service to the Canowindra region. The Canowindra community is extremely grateful for Dr Nicks continued support of our community, with many of our families having had him as their family GP for generations. Congratulations!
Canowindra Phoenix Christmas Colouring Competition: Call into the Canowindra Phoenix office in Gaskill Street to pick up a copy of our colouring competition.
