Hay Fever Season Upon Us: Quick remedy to try: 1 piece of ginger, 1 garlic clove, 5cm piece horseradish, 1 lemon juiced,
2tbs honey. Bring to boil ginger, garlic and horseradish in 1 cup of water. Simmer until the liquid is halved then add lemon and
honey. Take as a 5ml shot throughout the day when needed.

Open Garden Day: Is on this Saturday 22nd October from 9am-4pm. Seven gardens will be open to the public with a mix
of town and small rural gardens on offer. Tickets are $20 and are available from Canowindra High School before the day or on the day from gardens 1 and 7. Lunch and refreshments will be on offer all day at the Canowindra High School.
