Winners are Grinners: Last week The Ray White Rural Annual Awards were live streamed across the country. The Ray White Emms Mooney network achieved some fantastic results and awards for 2019/2020 including: Number One National Agency, Number One National Livestock Agency and Number One National Auction Office. Josh Keefe from Ray White Emms Mooney Cowra was awarded Number 1 agent in NSW and Number 3 in the Top National Agent category.

With the Canowindra district having an amazing season after years of drought now is the time to grab your camera, snap a great photo and email it through to sales@canowindraphoenix.com.au by 30th October 2020. All photos will be judged by Jessica Elizabeth Photography with the winner receiving a mini photo session worth $150, this includes a 30 minute session and 15 digital images and an online gallery. Grant Program: The Local Sport Defibrillator Grant Program is now open for applications. The Local Sport Defibrillator GrantProgram provides NSW sports clubs and councils the opportunity to acquire an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) package for their club or sports club or sports facility at a reduced cost. An AED package will include: An AED, AED familiarisation instruction and a minimum of six years of essential AED maintenance. For information on eligibility, assessment dates, and approved providers, visit the Office of Sport website at www.sport.nsw.gov.au and submit an application before 12th April 2021.
Mural Art Work: Year 6 students at St Edward’s Primary School were very excited last week to start the painting of a mural for the school. Under the wonderful guidance of Christine Holmes the students made a great start. Stay tuned for updates and the final result!
