Diamond Jubilee: The Canowindra Pre-School are turning 60 this year and to celebrate will hold a Diamond Jubilee in May.

AGM Results: The Canowindra Business Chamber held the AGM on Monday night and a new committee was formed. President is Graeme Beasley, Vice President is Mark Gardener, Secretary and Treasurer is Vanessa Fagan and Publicity Officer is Haydn Jobson. The chamber will hold their monthly meeting on the 2nd Monday of the month at 7pm at the Canowindra Services Club. Suggestions for the Chamber for 2018 are now being called for with suggestion boxes being placed at the Canowindra Bottleshop and Canowindra Newsagency.
Rose Sale: Eureka Plants will once again hold their very popular Rose Sale this Saturday 14th April from 8am till 2pm at 1166 Fish Fossil Drive, Nyrang Creek.

Canowindra Community Garden: The garden recently held a random working bee at the garden with great success. Compost was turned, stakes removed, weed mat moved and lots was harvested. Thank you to everyone who came along and the great conversations shared. The Community Garden will continue with fortnightly working bees on the 1st and 3rd Friday mornings of each month from 9-11am. Everyone in the community is welcome to go along.
