Business Chamber Chat: Canowindra Business Chamber welcomed new and long-term members to the 20th April meeting. Members were asked to nominate their main priority for the Chamber. Key items were; heritage preservation, beautification and town tidiness, promotional campaigns, signage and tourism and ensuring the wider business community is supported by Chamber activities with better communication and co-ordination. As a result, the Chamber established new subcommittees to focus on marketing, town heritage and the streetscape. The Chamber was pleased to hear from Canowindra Challenge about the success of this year’s ballooning event and look forward to future plans. It was also agreed that future meetings would start at 6pm. The next meeting will be held on 18th May at Adloyalty in Gaskill Street at 6pm.
