Family, friends and police are appealing for people to come forward with any information about the disappearance of Stephanie Scott, who has been missing since around 12am Sunday 5th April, a week before she is due to get married. Stephanie had been at Leeton High School where she works in Leeton at 11am on the Sunday but when fiance, Aaron Leeson-Woolley, tried to call her in the afternoon there was no answer. Stephanie was driving a red Mazda 3 sedan with the registration BZ 19 CD on the day she vanished and the car has also not been seen. When last seen, Stephanie was wearing a white shirt and cargo pants.
Police have urged anyone with information about Ms Scott’s location, or who has seen her vehicle in the past three days, to contact Griffith police on (02) 6969 4310 or to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Steph’s family are asking anyone who is able to to go to Leeton and begin checking the roads, the more eyes the better. A Facebook page, ‘GET STEPH HOME’ has been created by Dani Nicka to help people keep track of the areas they have searched. You can join the group via this link:
