Safe internet practice is more than just having an Antivirus Program – it needs to be current, activated, and have the latest updates. Not only do you need an antivirus program but all the programs such as Java, Windows Updates, Flash & Shockwave plus iTunes need regular updates too.
All these bits that run on your computer use the internet and if not updated, they let in viruses and Trojans.
Regular maintenance is a must so if not sure see an expert.
