There has been a general rise between 15c – 20c a kilo in the general cattle market, especially weaner cattle up to 250kg.
Sheep this week were easier, especially 30kg dressed weight lambs. Mutton was firm to a little dearer.
The store cattle sale in Forbes on Friday the 4th April will have over 2500 good quality cows and calves with plenty of weaner cattle on offer”.
