Established sixteen years ago, Matt and the team at MGA Central West have been supplying your shed needs including garafes, kit sheds, carports, hay sheds, shearing and storage sheds, barns, stables and hangars for over a decade. All sheds are fully customisable in size, shape or colour. Eureka Plants was originally established in 1986 by John and Wendy Gordon at Wamboin (near Canberra). John and Wendy started out growing Australian natives then moved into azaleas and rhododendrons. Next came roses and a happy relationship was found! The nursery relocated to Canowindra last August and Luke and Beth began managing the nursery.

Eureka Plants was moved here for the exquisite soil and water access. Eureka grows all ranges of roses from the miniature rose varieties right through to bush and standard roses (and everything in between). They also specialise in complementary plants to roses; for example lavender, foxgloves and delphiniums. As agents for some of the world’s best rose breeders, it enables Eureka to introduce new varieties into Australia each year. The move to Canowindra has really felt like ‘coming home’ for our family of six. The welcome and support we have gained from the community has been amazing and we truly feel that we were meant to be here. Come and meet the family at their Rose Sale on 28th March 8am till noon.
Based in Canowindra, Calidad Drilling is one of Australia’s most efficient, safe and environmentally friendly drilling contractors. Owner and Canowindra local, Greg Wythes, has an extensive knowledge in drilling practices and knows the most suitable way to approach problems and deliver a positive solution. Greg is happy that the company has found success and is able to bring it back to the town he grew up in. The Calidad Drilling team can develop water bores for stock, domestic and irrigation use. Hard rock is not an issue, they also test holes and do clean-outs and the relining of bore holes. For more information call Greg on 0447837455.
