Thursday 19th June saw Oberon High School travel to Canowindra for the Rural Cup challenge. The sun came out and the students turned up ready to play. It was an amazing day, with students trying their hardest and as usual, displaying excellent sportsmanship. The scores were close and it came down to the last session, with Oberon taking the honours. The final points were Canowindra with 284 and Oberon 289. A massive thankyou goes out to all of the staff who assisted with coaching and umpiring on the day and our wonderful parents and community members who volunteered their time with refereeing/umpiring and canteen.
