The Canowindra Junior Pythons hosted their annual Rugby Gala Day at Canowindra Sports Complex on Sunday. It started as a wet, windy and overcast day but gradually improved as the day went on. Clubs from all over the region descended on Canowindra and we saw some impressive games from all three age groups on the day. Canowindra’s teams put in a fantastic effort
with each team playing hard and showing great sportsmanship.
Junior Rugby in Canowindra is gaining in strength and has a great community of parents involved which ensured our Gala Day was a success. We would like to say a big thank you to all the businesses and members of the community who have supported the club this year.
