Discover delicious local food from Rivers Road with the official launch of the Refalo Free Range Pork farm shop at the Rosnay Cellar Door.
From 5-7pm on Friday 3 October, this outdoor, stand-up sunset event will showcase the diversity and versatility of Refalo Free Range Pork and is an opportunity for you to talk to the growers David and Sarah Refalo.
There will be a local chef on site to show you what you can do with it, including:
• Caramelised Pork San Choy Bau
• Peperoni and Potato Frittata
• Open Sandwich – Olive-wood Spitroasted Pork, with Slaw
Tastings of these will be available and Rosnay wine will be available to purchase at the bar.
