Pre-School Graduation

5 December, 2018 By editor

Last Wednesday night 28 young Pre-School children graduated from Canowindra Pre-School and are very excited to be off to “Big School” in 2019. The Canowindra Pre-School this year held a combined Graduation and End of Year Celebration Disco for the entire service, family and friends at the Services Club with dinner.

The 28 graduates were all presented on stage with a certificate and a book titled All the ways to be Smart, by Authors Davina Bell and Allison Colpoys.

Pre-School parent and Committee member Jacinta McMullen prepared the graduation cake and parents brought along salads to share for dinner.

The graduating children performed a dance to “The Greatest Show” from the hit movie The Greatest Showman.

It has been a very busy year for the Pre-School, celebrating the Diamond Jubilee 60th Birthday in May, the construction of the new administration building to be completed by the end of the year and a final fundraiser for the year with the Santa Photos being taken by Jessica Grant last weekend.

The Pre-School is looking forward to 2019 and enrolments are now being taken for both Pre-School and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC). If you have any questions please contact the Pre-School on 6344 1261.
