Practical Ideas For Beef Producers At Beef Muster 2026

20 May, 2026 By Canowindra Phoenix Editor

The Beef Muster links producers with industry experts, focusing on better performance and meeting consumer demand through market insights, innovation and growth.

Are you a beef producer? Central Tablelands Local Land Services invites producers to Beef Muster 2026, a key event designed to connect the region’s beef community with leading industry bodies and specialists. This free, full‑day eventis being held on 3 June at the Blayney Community Centre.

Designed specifically for local producers, Beef Muster brings together industry experts, market insights and practical experience to support better on‑farm decisions in a changing operating environment. The program will focus on improving production performance and helping enterprises respond to evolving market and consumer expectations.

You’ll hear from a strong line‑up of speakers including:

• Liz Pearson – Meat & Livestock Australia

• Dr Paul Cusack – Australian Livestock Production Systems

• Simon Quilty – Global AgriTrends

• Dr Kev Sullivan – Production Animal Consultant

• Dr Helen Schaefer – Central Tablelands Local Land Services.

In addition to keynote presentations, the day will feature industry trade stands and producer and technical panels sharing real‑world experiences, lessons learned and practical solutions relevant to local beef systems.

Plenty of time has been built in for discussion and networking, including informal conversations over morning tea and a prime beef lunch, making Beef Muster a valuable opportunity to connect with fellow producers and industry leaders.

Beef Muster 2026 offers a space to gain clarity, confidence and fresh ideas for the season ahead. The event promises an informative, practical and highly engaging event for all attendees.
