Parkes Elvis Festival will celebrate its 25th anniversary with a Viva Las Vegas theme, so throw on some sequins and make your way to the Central NSW town of Parkes from 11-15 January, 2017. More than 22,000 Elvis fans are set to enjoy a jam-packed five-day program of more than 120 events, including the much-anticipated Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest, where the winner will travel to Memphis for the world championships in August 2017. The 2017 Feature Concert Series will feature not one but two Elvis tribute artists, Pete Storm from the UK and Jake Rowley from the US. Pete and Jake will perform four high energy shows at the Parkes Leagues Club backed by the impressive eight-piece Elvis in Concert band. In the double-header Feature Concert series, Pete and Jake will take you through the early years of rock’n’roll, all the way to the legendary Las Vegas years of the 1970s.
