How long have you lived in or around Canowindra and what is the best thing about living here? Over 25 years! I love the country and how it changes with the seasons. The locals are fabulous!
Where do you work? St Edward’s Primary School. I teach Year 1 and Year 2 and am also the Librarian.
What do you love most about work? I have been privileged to teach students who are now old enough to send their children to St Eddies – there are new challenges and experiences everyday.
How do you start your day? A big walk with my dog.
What do you do to unwind after work or on weekends? Enjoy time with friends – going out to dinner or to the movies. Time at home is also precious.
What are you really good at? Hmm, better off to ask people who know me.
If you could have a super power what would it be? To read people’s minds!
Tell us about your best holiday ever?
Have had lots of great holidays. Anywhere warm and sunny with a beach close by is always welcomed.
What makes your day? Smiles on the children’s faces. Laughing with my friends and workmates. Good food and company.
