Our Gal – Sharna Lloyd

6 October, 2022 By Canowindra Phoenix Editor

Sharna Lloyd

How long have you lived in or around Canowindra and what do you like about living here? Roughly 2 years. I enjoy the community feel and the Autumn/ Spring weather.

How are you involved with the community? I like being involved with the children’s school and now working with the Pheonix.

Where do you work and what do you enjoy most about where you work? I have just started as an Editor with the Canowindra Pheonix and I am enjoying meeting new people and taking photos at the various events in town.

What do you do to unwind on weekends? We usually head out Saturdays for breakfast or lunch, then usually relaxing at home.

What are you really good at? I really enjoy photography and improving in that field all the time.

What’s on your bucket list? More travel, particularly Europe.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why? Definitely the ability to travel anywhere, any time.

Tell us about your best holiday ever… Most probably just our annual holiday to the beaches near Tea Gardens/ Hawksnest. This is where we’ve watched the children grow up each year and experience the same things my family did as kids.

What makes your day? Coffee, Sunday morning in the sun.
