How long have you lived in or around Canowindra and what do you like about living here? I’ve lived in Canowindra since 1986. What I like is that I met my partner of 20 years, Rob, here. I also like the friendly people.
How are you involved with the community? I organise the Canowindra Swap Meet every August and I am one of the secretaries for the Canowindra Gun Club.
Where do you work and what do you enjoy most about where you work? I work at Central Motors/NRMA Canowindra and also do voluntary work with Community Transport. I enjoy the thought of doing a service for the community.
What do you do to unwind on weekends? I spend time with my partner and my animals and love being outside in the garden.
What are you really good at? Nothing really, just being me.
What’s your pet hate? Snakes.
What’s on your bucket list? To visit Canada the Harley Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis with my partner Rob. I would aloso like to travel around Tasmania in the caravan.
If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why? Telepathy. Not for what the future has install, but to know what the next weeks lotto numbers are LOL!
Tell us about your best holiday ever… In 2000 I went to England to visit Family for seven weeks followed by two weeks in Brooksville Florida, USA also to visit family.
What makes your day? Knowing all of my family are safe and happy.
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself…I love animals, especially my little dog April. I love swap meets and the social aspect of it.
