How long have you lived in or around Canowindra and what is the best thing about living here? I was born in 1942 at Grantham Hospital in Canowindra, which is now a BNB.
Where do you work or what do you do currently and what do you enjoy about it? I was a nurse, I did my general then midwifery and worked in London for 18 months. I am now retired.
What is your favourite thing to do when you have free time? I enjoy playing the piano, gardening, travelling and bowling.
What makes you proud? My wonderful family.
If you could be an animal which one would you choose and why? I love all animals but I don’t want to be one.
What is on your bucket list? To visit Israel.
What is your all time favourite movie, song or book? My favourite book is A Fortunate Life.
What are you really good at? Very little.
Tell us about your best holiday ever? 3 months travelling around Australia with my husband and children was my best holiday ever.
What makes your day? To be alive and free in this country.
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself? I try to keep fit and push myself each day.
