How long have you lived in or around Canowindra and what is the best thing about living here? We moved here one and a half years ago with no regrets! There are so many great things about living here, the community spirit is fantastic.
Where do you work or what do you do currently and what do you enjoy about it? I work for the Rural Assistance Authority. It is very rewarding being able to do my job and assist the farming community. Something new for a city girl!
What is your favourite thing to do when you have free time? Free time is usually watching a kid’s movie on Netflix with my boys or getting in the kitchen to cook up something special.
What makes you proud? My children and husband.
If you could be an animal which one would you choose and why? A very lazy indoor cat who gets everything done for them. Just to sleep and eat all day would be a real treat.
What is your all-time favourite movie, song and/or book, and why? I am a total sucker for all the great 80’s movies with Molly Ringwald or the Corey’s plus I love listening to their classic soundtracks. One of my favourite books is The Secret History by Donna Tartt, she is a brilliant story teller.
What is on your bucket list? Taking cooking classes in France, Italy and Thailand, completing house renovations, family holiday in a luxury resort in the Maldives and winning lotto to cover everything on my bucket list.
What are you really good at? Putting on a big dinner party in style and spending time on Pinterest checking out things I could potentially be good at.
Tell us about your best holiday ever? A week in Port Douglas with my husband on our honeymoon plus meeting up with friends in Paris for their wedding reception.
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself? I was an extra in Muriel’s Wedding and the last episode of A Country Practice!
