How long have you lived in or around Canowindra and what is the best thing about living here? I have lived in Canowindra for about 8 years now and the best thing about living here is bringing up children in such a friendly community.
Where do you work or what do you do currently and what do you enjoy about it? I am a photographer and have my own photography business (Amanda Lee Photography). I think being a photographer has shown me how precious moments in life don’t always last forever and capturing those moments for people is just like a pause button for them in that moment.
What is your favourite thing to do when you have free time? I love to go fishing, camping, play golf and have fires or bbq’s with my children and family. I also absolutely love going to watch my children play football and watching them achieve their greatest goals in life.
What makes you proud? Watching my children grow into fine young people with great manners, respect for others and high achievements in life makes me proud.
What is on your bucket list? My bucket list includes going to Greece, watching my son play in high grade footy, and going back to Fiji for a cultural holiday.
What are you really good at? I wouldn’t say that I’m really good at this but I’d like to think that I am pretty good at beating my husband and Aunty Mouse at golf. (haha!)
Tell us about your best holiday ever? Best holiday ever was to Fiji when my husband proposed to me.
What makes your day? The feeling of accomplishing everyday tasks.
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself? I have come first place three times in Line Dancing for Nationals in Australia.
