What do you love most about Canowindra? It’s a good small town.
What do you do for a living? Qualified baker at Woolworths in Cowra. Its’ a good job.
What are your hobbies and interests? Lego and baking.
What is your dream job? Baking! I did a week of work experience in Orange in Year 10, finished school and went into baking.
What kind of music do you like? Hilltop Hoods and AC/DC
How do you like your coffee? 1 coffee, 2 sugars and milk.
What’s your favourite thing to bake? Birthday cakes, because I can decorate and write on them.
What are your future plans? I’ll stick with Woolworths for now. It’s a good job and I’ve got lots of friends there. Early start, early finish – so I’ve got plenty of spare time in the afternoon. I’ll open my own bakery if I find the right people and they want to put up with me.
