How long have you lived in Canowindra? 1 year, I moved here from Orange
and now I live here with my wife, Paula.
What made you move here? I grew up in Fiji on a dairy farm and always wanted to live in Australia one day. My dream came true in 1986 when the Western Suburbs rugby club sponsored me to come and live in Australia. I played with them for five years and then played for Parramatta for three years.
Where do you work? The flour mill in Manildra.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? I’m the Ministry Leader for the
Canowindra Anglican Uniting Church. I also enjoy meeting with different people and seeing people achieve new things.
Do you enjoy living here? Yes! I love Canowindra, it feels like home and the people here are kind and welcoming. There’s lots of opportunity in this nation.
