How long have you lived in the Canowindra area? I bought the block in 2002 and finally move here permanently in 2012.
What do you like about living in the Central West? Surrounding area, I just love it and the lovely people and it’s also pretty central to everywhere.
What sport do you coach? Track and Field and I specialise in the throwing events (hammer, discus, shot put and javelin).
What is the highest level of coaching you have done? I’ve coached at Olympic Games, World Championships and Commonwealth Games. (I was the team coach for all of these).
What is the highlight of your coaching career? Seeing my Athlete at a World Championship receiving and medal with the Australian Flag behind raised behind them.
How do you relax when you are not coaching? I like driving on my tractor and working around my animals on my little farm.
