How long have you lived in or around Canowindra? Moved here in 2003, so 11 years.
What made you move to Canowindra? I transferred here from the Police Office in Gladesville in Sydney to become a Police Officer in Canowindra and surrounds
Where do you work? I am a Detective in Parkes and I am currently doing my 2nd term of being on Cabonne Council.
What do you love most about working with Council and the Police? Working with the Police and the Council is a challenging job but I enjoy helping out the community the best I can.
How do you start your day? Get up at about 4.30am and I get ready for work, have a STRONG black Coffee, drive to work and get stuck in!
What do you do in your spare time? I Spend time with my family – love spending time with my 3 children (2 boys and 1 girl) and catching up with friends.
When did you join the council? In 2008 I was working for the Orange Police and started getting involved with the Council and continued to help out the community.
What are you involved in on the council? I am Chairman of the Environment Service Committee and other small local committees and community groups
What makes your day? Coming home to the kids, they are always so excited to see me!

Library Meetings – Anthony will be organising 60 minute meetings at the Canowindra Library for local ratepayers who have any concerns or matters they would like to discuss regarding Council matters. The meetings will commence soon.
