Last Friday Years 7-11 participated in a slightly belated ‘Clean Up Australia’ effort.
Students headed out in the areas near the High School armed with a glove and plastic bags…no piece of litter was safe! As they made their way back into school it was clear they had put in a big effort by the volume of rubbish collected.
Meanwhile, two very hardworking SRC members (Rachel and India) had cut the tops off over 200 ice blocks which were distributed to the students upon their return.
A big thank you to the staff, SRC members and students who participated in the afternoon, the streets are sparkling!
