The newly refurbished Canowindra Hotel now has a new Chef and Hotel Manager at the premises in Gaskill St.
New Chef Alisha Maher started at the Canowindra Hotel last week. Alisha has come from Highland Heritage Estate in Orange where she trained and worked for 5 years. Alisha has a passion for seafood, so the Hotel will be holding their first Seafood night on Saturday 14th December 2019, book now by calling the Hotel on 6344 1407.
Chris McDonald is the other chef at the Canowindra Hotel and has been at the Hotel since January. Chris came from The Ambassador in Orange where he was the Head Chef for 2 and a half years.
Having two chefs at a country pub is a great asset with both bringing different skills to the kitchen ensuring all dishes are made with love.
Teena Hodder has also recently joined the team at the Canowindra Hotel as the Hotel Manager and has been there for a couple of months now.
The Canowindra Hotel is open 7 days for Lunch and Dinner. The Hotel offers full TAB facilities and a great range of local wines. All day meal specials include:
